Why teams choose SMS for marketing

SMS is the most direct channel for short, clear messages with a high chance of being seen on time. That makes it strong for:

  • Promotions & Campaigns with a short activity window
  • Cart recovery and behavior-triggered messages
  • Win-back offers for inactive customers
  • Critical alerts when “timing matters”
  • Reminders before a deadline

The key: send the right message to the right person, at the right moment — with control over frequency, text, and delivery.
